Spotted: Penn Badgley getting hands-on with a new girl who looks nothing like his ex-girlfriend, Blake Lively!
The Gossip guy was seen dirty dancing (and making out) with an exotic-looking brunette at Liv nightclub in Miami on New Year’s Eve.
Even better…
They were standing on the tabletops for all the see!
The newly single guy seemed to be feeling no pain as he partied at the club alongside Chace Crawford, Matthew Morrison, JC Chasez, Lauren Conrad and Kyle Howard.
As for his former ladylove Blake, she made a new friend herself in Sin City.

The blonde beauty was hanging tight with Florence Welch from Florence + the Machine, who performed at Marquee nightclub Thursday for the Cosmopolitan Hotel’s star-studded opening.
The girls were spotted arm-in-arm post-performance, but E!’s Awful Truth spies say Blake wasn’t interested in anyone from the opposite sex during her NYE revelry, unlike her ex.
As for why Penn was hanging with such a random group of celebs (except for his Gossip costar, Chace), a source says they all share the same manager, who brought the gang to Miami.
Sure, makes sense. That’s how you choose who to party with, right?

JustJared made an interview with Penn Badgley and he said also something very cute about Blake. The Interview was conducted when they both were still dating:
JJ: Blake Lively is achieving so much as well. (Penn and Blake were still dating at the time of this interview).
PB: She’s doing unbelievable things, in fashion and film. I couldn’t be more proud of her. She is in a really special position, I can see behind the scenes how she is making the most of it, and it’s really amazing to watch her because she’s such a strong woman. Women have a different path to cut out for themselves and they have different hurdles to leap and she’s doing it with such grace and such a wonderful way that it’s a really amazing thing to be a part of.

Gossip Girl stars Penn Badgley and Blake Lively have split, their rep confirms
“They’re professionals,” a source told Us Weekly, which reports the split happened in mid-September. “They’re still good friends and hang out on the set.
